R&D.
In-house engineering programmes — bench prototypes, simulator integrations, and mobile platforms in closed beta. Built deliberately, on long horizons.
Domain expertise compounds. So does patience.
GTEN's R&D function is small and deliberate. The programmes do not chase trends; they pursue durable problems where the answer is engineering, not marketing.
Each project is led by a senior practitioner with operating experience in the relevant domain — RF systems, instrument-rated aviation, native iOS engineering. We do not staff with juniors and we do not contract-out the core.
The work is funded by the holding. There is no external capital, no roadmap pressure, no demo-day cadence. Releases happen when they are ready and not before.
Where research matures into a stand-alone business, we either spin it into its own pillar or licence the technology. Where it remains internal, it strengthens the operating businesses around it.
