The strategy combines refurbishment of urban stock with selective new-build participation. Yield, not speculation, drives every acquisition.
Each unit is underwritten on a hold-or-dispose basis. The pillar is not a fund; it is a permanent capital programme that grows as the right opportunities emerge.
Housing operates jointly with Capital for institutional-scale opportunities and independently for residential refurbishment.
