A holding group,built deliberately.
GTEN owns and invests in operating businesses across technology, aviation, housing and luxury — under one personal, deliberate identity.
Seven pillars, one identity.
Three operate today. Four are stated ambitions, pursued methodically and on the founder’s terms.
João Teixeira Neto
Entrepreneur, licensed commercial pilot, enterprise architect, investor. João founded GTEN in 2018 as the platform for what he chose to build — across software, capital, aviation, and property.
The discipline of the cockpit shapes how the group is run: checklists before take-off, redundancy in the systems, attention to the long horizon.
Ana Teixeira Neto
Senior Business Intelligence consultant with over a decade in data and analytics. At Alsvior Global Spain (2021–2025), Ana led reporting and BI engagements for the National Exhibition Centre, the University of Southampton, Exagen, IOHK and the South African Government — across government, renewable energy, healthcare, higher education and cryptocurrency.
Her route into data ran through chemical engineering, scientific research and laboratory leadership. The discipline is the same in every register: rigour first, decisions second, dashboards last — the analytic spine of how the group reads its operating businesses.
Quietly building the next.
Three projects under research. Each pursues a small, durable problem — engineered deliberately, in step with the rest of the group.
Long-range radio communications
Resilient, low-bandwidth voice and data links for remote operations where conventional cellular and satellite coverage falter. Built on commodity hardware with bespoke modulation and forward-error correction. Targets aviation, maritime and expeditionary use.
Cockpit landing assistance system
The discipline of an IFR approach — stabilised gates, glide path, stabilised-approach criteria — brought into the VFR cockpit, on aircraft without certified instrument hardware. GPS and visual telemetry are fused into the same decision support an IFR pilot would expect. Designed by an instrument-rated commercial pilot.
Social engagement
A native iOS application that turns shared interests into structured, scheduled meet-ups — quiet, considered, anti-feed. Privacy is the default; participation is intentional. In closed beta with a small cohort of operators.
For introductions and conversations.
GTEN does not solicit. If your introduction is relevant — capital, acquisition, joint venture, or senior consulting — write directly. Replies are personal.
