The Luxury pillar is the most exploratory of the six. The vertical is not yet selected — leather goods, hospitality, spirits and timekeeping are all under consideration.
Whatever the vertical, the discipline is fixed: a singular product or experience, made to a standard that earns its price by craft, not marketing.
The reference set is the quiet European maisons — houses where the third generation is still in the workshop. GTEN will either acquire a small house with the right pedigree, or build one from a single product line.
This pillar will move slowly. Luxury, properly understood, is the art of taking the long way.
